RE: Where have all the members gone on this forum?

At least on the JAYCO forum the answers will usually relate to the questions. I swear, I have seen responses on here to "Get 2 6 volts" when the OP asked about what color trailer to buy. As long as one piles on with "Honda", "Allison", or "Hensley" the crowd will accept and approve.

RE: Where have all the members gone on this forum?

This forum has done little to improve itself in the past ten years. The snarky responses qnd the boiler plate comments are turn offs. We all know where most of the replies are headed before they get posted. "Honda is good", "Harbor Freight is bad", "Chinese tires are only good for stqrting fires", "Do a search, we have talked about this before". That, plus a couple of moderqators who think they are above reproach ensures less participation. I find brand specific forums a lot more friendly and usable. But that's just me.

RE: What size generator to run AC??

Looking at buying a +/-28 foot travel trailer, with one AC unit. What size generator should I have to run the AC and lights, TV, etc?
Thanks
To supercub. Most RV parks and your trailer have 30 amp ratings. 30 X 120 = 3,600 watts. That is what I shoot for if I want the same capability as the shore power in most parks.
