RE: 1993 Safari continental 37' cracked frame, bad shock install

Once you figure out how you are going to repair, ensure that you put in suspension travel limiters so that you do not over extend the travel of the shock.

The pictures are not the same. Crack does not show thru and you have a brake line going thru one and not the other.

RE: Extension cords

I think you are off by a long way. 100 foot run at say 20 amp max draw would required a 10 gauge wire and you would only have 114 volt at the end. I did not use your motor home wire since wire size is unknown.

RE: Honda EU2000

I agree with Scott. Loose outlets connectors which is getting hot and melting things

RE: Continental Tires PSI rising 20

Sometimes when a tire is mounted by a rookie, he will use an excessive amount of lubricant to get the tire in place. All of that excess lubricant/moisture may be in your tire and causing your temps to increase a little higher than normal, since you did not have that issue with your other tires. I am reading pressure went up not temp.

RE: Continental Tires PSI rising 20

quick way to see if they in deed go that high is check cold and once they are hot, pull over and check them manual. My only go up 4 max but not your brand. They are Michelin.

RE: Blue Ox Tow Bar

I also have installed my own and the wire on the nut is the only way to get the nut into the place it needed to be. No space for anything else. Sorry to hear about your experience.

RE: Will any portable compressor handle 95 psi? This is what I went to. The onboard system. Will give you more than you will every need, but just in case I also have a 2000 lb nitrogen 80 lb bottle for emergency back up. The nitrogen system is what I had prior to finding the viair system. They also show they have RV system now.

RE: Winter Storage

Do you have a separate converter/battery charger.

RE: Strange house battery issue

Sounds like your converter is shot. Can not help you on where it located, but it might be close to your power cord when it comes in to the RV. Looking Online it shows some were next to the heater inlet behind a door.

RE: Furnace trouble again .....

I think you found your problem . You stated no issue like this until you got a new regulator. Then a new regulator issues started.

RE: Tx Fluid Level ??

I could not tell you. On my RV V10, it blew out the front seal twice, once when I got it , had around 5000 miles and it started leaking. Ford replace it and stated that it was over filled. I had never add any fluid and it did show just a tad over the full mark. Second time just about out of warranty and again front seal. Got the same statement of over filled. After that time, when it was change I did it every 2/3 years and always fill to the mark and never had leak again. I did notice that when I change it after warranty the whine that I had went away. It seem to be coming from transmission. Was told from the local dealer that it was normal sound. I have a year 99. I change the fluid on all my other vehicle on a 3/5 year change out. Had no issue with them.

RE: Tx Fluid Level ??

and Add if too full it can cause the front seal to leak. Assuming you are checking fluid with it hot in Park or what every your manual states. My newer vehicle has no stick and it is important that the correct level be in the pan.
