Well this seems like a good place to ask a question I have been wanting to ask:
Is a tent on top of a vehicle, say a jeep or pickup or you choice, a TENT or a VEHICLE (camper}??
If a tent then can the tent drive across the campground to drive up onto the newly made and framed tent site, or park in the parking area for the camp site?

Not a tent, it’s a vehicle. It doesn’t have an RVIA certification so many parks can go to the fine print in their rules and not accept the rig if it looks like Jed and Granny pieced it together after a wild night of checkers for money down in Bugtussle.
I agree I just put this here because I had it happen to me. My solution was for the tent to be removed from the vehicle and put that on the tent pad and park the vehicle on the vehicle pad. He decided to park the vehicle with tent on the pad.

Just a guess but the hose would be suspect as those can come apart over time.
Trying to unplug something with flammable gas or liquid in them with a wire is not a good idea. IMO

Ok, short version sold the house and went full time, did all the research set up a mail service etc, The DMV is not wanting to take it for my tag renewal. They need a physical residence within the county. Any ideas?

RE: Motor vehicle laws. Complicated jurisdiction question.
IMO and just from my experience with a west coast state the personal financial responsibility requires some form of documentation so what happened to you won't happen.
How do you expect the authorities to know you are financially responsible unless you have documentation?

IMO you would need to check the laws, rules and regulations for AZ to see if that can be done.
Do not know about SD as you can get different answers from the 4 of 5 counties that have mail forwarding.
I at one time had a house in Calif. and a vehicle registered in Calif. while at the same time being a resident of SD with a motor home and Jeep registered in SD and a SD drivers license.
Insurance was OK with it but I think I had to have an insurance agent that was registered to sell in both states.
Calif. DMV was OK with it and was mailing the notices and tags to SD.
Calif taxing authority was unhappy till I informed them that I had removed my homeowner exemption and was not in the state for more than 180 days (180 days is not what the law reads).
I know this does not answer your question but I just wanted to list some examples of what my experience was with two states.

Wall for Wall Drug and the Badlands. Hill City and Rapid City. Maybe Keystone or that side of Rapid City. It is tourist season so cost is up there
Be sure both names are on the receipts assuming both are applying.

I must disagree. I know for a fact stores like Marshall's, Penney's, Beall's and others incentivize employees for opening new accounts. Basing this on information from people I know who actually work(ed) there.
Now I must disagree! I worked as a cashier, seasonal, for a big box store and there was no incentive for me to get a credit card application or an extended warranty, none just extra time and a PIA.
But the post was about Camping World and I do not know if those employees get an incentive to up sale or not.

Your itinerary of Mt Rushmore to Deadwood to the Badlands would make Hill City a fairly centrally located stop for your day trips.
As mentioned the Rafter J Bar is good as well as others in the area.
One thought is, depending on how long you are in the area, to make two or three stops. One in the north Spearfish to see, Deadwood, Spearfish Canyon and area, Sturgis, Fort Meade. Two in the south, Custer area to see MT Rushmore, Custer State Park and the Mammoth Site in Hot Springs. Three a stop at Wall to see the badlands and wall drug.

Whatever state GS is registered in requires tax sales to be collecred.
So Amazon is registered in Washington State, so when I order from them the tax charged should be the tax rate from Washington State and not the location where I am located, as is done now?

Makes sense to me, had issues with Coach Net, I and someone else were sharing the same account number, also can not pay for the Good Sam Extended Service because of a bug in something.
