To each there own. Ours has the fold out steps and both DW and I love them. Much more stable than the fold out kind. I am never so rushed I can't spend a few minutes adjusting the steps or cleaning them off when packing up.
If you don't like 'em don't get 'em.

We visited Bryce Arches and Zion in September 2019. Very crowded. Not an enjoyable trip. Wait at the entrance, wait for the shuttle, wait for the restrooms, almost like Disney World.
I can't imagine the crowds in the peak summer months. Make reservations NOW.

Let's stop the third grade nae calling or it will end.
If you want an EV, go buy one. If you want gas or diesel, go buy one.
The ban on IC engines is a long way down the road. I won't have to deal with it.
I don't hate EV's I just don't want one.

Before you rip everything apart do a deep cleaning and dispose of all the fabric, mattress, cusions, curtains. Then check carefully for water leaks and repair as needed. If the mildew odor is still present get an ozone generater and run it a couple times. That should remove the odor. If mold is present you have a bigger problem.
The manuals for the appliances,axles, brakes, are available online.
Manuals for your specific model trailer is useless.

How old is your generator? The original carb lasted this long.
Will a new OEM cadb last that long? Maybe.
Will a cheap replacement carb lasr that long? Maybe.
Buy one and report back.

Another thing Bigger tires will change rhe effective axel ratio. Thereby lowering towing capacity.
I have driven a lifted truck, not mine, once. Did not feel the truck was stable.

The salesman will not give an out the door ptice. The sales manager might. CW is not good to deal with over the phone. They want you in the sales office.
A few years ago my DW and I found the used unit we wanted and went to the CW about 20 mies away to look at it. They had the price clearly mearked on the unit. I was ready to write the check and the salesman sterted stuttering and spitting, He litteraly did not know what to do. He almost ran out the door to get the sales manager. He returned and said we had to authorize a credit check, and fill out a loan application. I told him it was a cash sale. "Oh no, thats not the cash price, thats the finance price" WHAT??? They would not sell me the TT without financing it. We walked, rather ran. Never been to a CW since.
There are lots of RV dealers and lots of RV's, find a dealer that wants your busines

RE: Table and chairs
WE removed the seats and replaced with two chairs. WE left the table and use it to anchor the chairs with some straps for travel. Much more comfortable to sit in. The seats were only held in place with a few screws. Saved the seats to re-install for resale.

Find a set you like at a furniture store and screw the table to the floor. Lay the chairs down when traveling. The booth will be easy to remove, we removed oure, 8 screws for each side.
