RE: 2011 Tiffin Phaeton A/C Question

Your thermostat has "lost its memory" & needs reprogrammed. Ours, same model as yours, suddenly would not run Zone 1 heat (Aqua Hot) & showed "Electric"(Heat pump)- which it does not have - as the only Zone 1 heat option. Wish that I could remember how I got in to the programming menu to fix it, but it required a phone call to an impatient factory tech, who walked me through it. Electricity is either working perfectly, or driving you crazy. Good luck!

RE: How is the Current RV Market to Sell My Coach?

Our financial advisor, who also owns a DP, predicted 6 months ago that ‘22-‘23 would be a buyer’s market. ??

RE: Storage of Fresh Water - How Long

I never seen an expiration date on bottled water. Clean water, in a clean tank could possibly last several years or longer. If your tank is clean and your water is clean when it go in, it might last as long as honey in the Egyption Pyramids. Unlike bottled water, a tank is vented to allow filling/draining. Our tank has an overflow, somewhere underneath, & a vent @ the city fill. Each time tank level drops, via pumping or draining, outside air & is pulled into the tank. (The vent is screened to keep out “large chunks.”) We drain & refill before each trip. Sanitize 2-3 times/year.
