RE: Storing My Diesel Truck Over Winter Advice

Worry less about the battwries and more about internal engine rust from condensation. Lost a 350 chevy that way once. Crank bearings rusted on it and spun one.

RE: New 2024 Chevy HD and Increased Dmax Power

All the new pickups are ugly as dog **** folks. And lets be honest, their isn't a tinkers difference between em on performance or reliability anymore.

RE: Time for new tires already?

The only tires that ever impressed me over the years were Goodyear Workhorse tires, they were a bit noisy but they wore like iron on my 1985 k3500. Currently we're running Cooper AT's and they aren't that great. I've also had good wear out of Uniroyal tires on half tons though.

RE: Do Some Travel Trailers Have Levelling Jacks?

I've only ever seen stabilzer jacks on trailers. I've often questioned a why motorhome jacks are used to lift the vehicle off the ground for leveling. Still, built in jacks for leveling that are capable of lifting would be handy for flat tires but I doubt that occurs often enough to be a real advantage .
