RE: Use Verizon IPhone hotspot with Dish Hopper for On Demand?

What Verizon doesn’t tell you is that when you connect anything to the hotspot the speed drops from the fast 4G to 600mpbs which is slower than the old dial up used to be! Gotcha.

RE: Worn inside Tires

I have a guy who bends the axle to the correct camber. He said the axle straightened because I overloaded my 5er? I have never overloaded my 5er?I got the same pitch from a mobile mechanic out of Twin Falls ID. I fell for it, but I think I got ripped off. It was my tires.

RE: Portable airconditioner

I suggest you use youtube on this. From what I've seen, they aren't great.

RE: Best house battery?

My opinion on a lot of these types of questions is that if there truly was a one and only one best house battery, it would be the only one left on the market.x2. The question is really, "what's best for me?"

RE: Best house battery?

to break even in cost per AH that would be 50 years.True, but some people are willing to pay for convenience, no maintenance, longevity and performance.

RE: Best house battery?

.I think the smoke/propane alarm runs down the battery, cause it's always dead after a few weeks of sitting...We don't leave the rv plugged in, as that's how our old rv caught on fire.No battery will survive that for very long. You may be a good candidate for solar if you won't plug in.

If you never dry camp, any battery will do.

RE: Pulling more than 50 amps ?

No 6 CU is absurd for 50 amp service. Not sure what you're getting at here. I just had a #6 Copper 50a service installed at my home.

RE: Checking on Wheel Bearing Heat

My TPMS will show me that the wheels on the sunny side will be 10° warmer than the other. Now, whether bearing heat will show at the edge of the rim.. I don't know.

RE: Checking on Wheel Bearing Heat

I’d be very surprised if the majority of people could get within 20 degrees of the actual temperature when using there hand. It's not the actual temperature they're after when using their hands, it's whether the warmth feels all about the same.

RE: Pulling more than 50 amps ?

If I heard a park electrician say that I'd think "well, duh, that's because 50a is really 100a service." The wording of the Op sounds like the guy doesn't know that.

RE: Florida

Back in the day, in small town USA, having patients in the halls were the plan of the day and a matter of routine. Great, let's go back to that.

... in the intensive care units - some hospitals were at or close to 100%. THAT is the number I need to see come down -Yep. That is the really scary part. Death is tragic for sure, but full hospitals? Really bad news.
