My trailer is 7 months old(2018 Road Warrior 425) and has less than 4000 miles on it. I would HOPE the magnet wasn't worn out. I will check it as well.
Literally just had this with a 2016 Silverado 3500DRW and 2018 Road Warrior 425. Turned out I had a severed brake wire in the right rear hub of the trailer. DO NOT disregard that error message, get it checked ASAP!
